1. Introduction
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Grow-As-You-Go Website Package Plan. This web design payment plan offered by HEDWIGweb to assist startups and small businesses in obtaining an affordable website. By subscribing to this plan, the client agrees to the following terms.
2. Payment Terms
The client agrees to a fixed monthly payment stated below according to your website type.
•Brochure Website: $28.89 NZD per month + GST for 30 months. After 30 months, the monthly cost will be adjusted to $18.79 per month + GST. Domain name extension must be either .com, org, .co.nz, .nz. Web Hosting plan: Arcturus
•eCommerce Website: $45.89 NZD per month + GST for 36 months. After 36 months, the monthly cost will be adjusted to $28.79 per month + GST. Domain name extension must be either .com, org, .co.nz, .nz. Web Hosting plan: Canopus Number of products, including variants: 40 items. Exceeding this limit will incur a charge per additional item.
Payments are due on the same date each month as the client’s signup date.
Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a penalty of $8.00 (late fee) or service suspension.
3. Services Included
The following services are covered under this plan:
•Domain Name Registration
•Web Hosting
•Website Design
•SSL Certificate
•Basic SEO Optimization
•Website Maintenance (plugin updates and minor content changes)
4. Ownership & Termination
The website remains the property of HEDWIGweb until full payment is made after 18 or 36 months.
If the client wishes to terminate the plan before 18 months or 36 months, they must pay the remaining balance in full to obtain ownership.
Non-payment for more than 30 days may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Client Responsibilities
•Provide necessary content (text, images, etc.) for website development.
•Respond to revision requests and approvals in a timely manner.
•Ensure compliance with legal requirements for any content or transactions on their website.
6. Modifications & Additional Work
•Any major modifications beyond the initial agreed website design contract agreement may incur additional charges.
•Additional features, such as custom functionalities or integrations, may be quoted separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
•HEDWIGweb is not responsible for any losses resulting from website downtime, security breaches, or any third-party service failures.
•The client is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By subscribing to this plan, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
